IANC, I agree with Bart. From what you say, your marriage is essentially bankrupt, and your attempts to resurrect it are more likely to lead to further harm than good. It's not even a moral question any more, just a matter of survival.

well I paid for it today and she said she can have it out in less than 2 weeks. its good because I think with all of the turmoil I'm in I could use whatever aid possible for comfort or assurance (relaxation).

good for you, dont take no for an answer. stand up for her and her rights. she is entitled to certain rights and accomodations when needed. hopefully she wont need the IEP but it always better to have and not need than need and not have.

Thank you, Ive got some good info on places her in Cali that I have to do some homework on. From what I'm hearing its i bit of a struggle.
