Hey guys. I've just got one question, you don't have to answer if you don't want to.

Do any of you know your VIQ and PIQ and Full Scale IQ's? Is there anybody here with aspergers who's Verbal is slightly lower than their Performance? Mine is: VIQ = 80 and PIQ = 90 and Full Scale is 83.

Its that I was told that I MAY have Aspergers, though I've noticed that I not that similar to people with Aspergers. Also, when I was four...I was diagnosed with Cognitive Impairment.

I know this is supposed to be for adults but...
My 13-year-olds assessment came back like this: VIQ 73, PIQ 75, FSIQ 148. I have no idea what that means, but I know his psych says he is atypical. What do you know about this lower verbal thing?

The verbal iq and performance iq if there is a large gap between the two that usually is a sign of a learning didorder, but if iq is average or below then it is called a cognitive impairment, to me iq's are a number there are many things that can lower a iq score. CAPD, aggrevated and not into taking the test,to young ect.... It is my understanding for a person to have aspergers syndrome they are usually within normal inteligence or above. My sons iq score was 57 and he is a very bright and i dont think his iq is accurite, there is a test called the UNIT that they are going to give my son it will give a better picture of his weakness'es and strengths.
If performance is lower than verbal then i would check out nvld
