This board, which all of you have created, is a wonderful thing. It has been wonderful for me and I sincerely thank all you members for being so much help to me. I am new (first post and I'm not so good with computers), but I have been lurking for some time. I am concerned about the changes-- members leaving and the discontentment. Please know that your discussions have been a tremendous help to me and almost certainly others in many ways. And please consider what you have built here-- a safe place where aspies can communicate and openly discuss issues and experiences. I hope to see a lot more of those discussions in the future. We need you.
(I will post my story in the Meet and Greet area.)

Brent, I so agree with you, I joined a few months ago and am slowly feeling less alone in this big world of ours. It takes alot for me to trust and open up I am finally learning to trust my feelings. Sometimes it's the validation I get here that gets me through another day.

Gallo,
Yes, it is nice to have others I can identify with and communicate with. So often I feel like I am on the wrong planet. If I am, at least there are others here with me. I find it a challenge to open up, too. But I feel quite welcome here.
