I would be surprised if this was copyrighted - I see no copyright insignia and Max's therapist handed it out to all her clients years ago and it seems to be used in schools etc.......

Nevertheless, it would be Mark getting sued, not me, so it should be his decision totally.

I actually did do a little bit of searching and I did find the company which claims to own this and they do have it copyrighted. Although I also found a bunch of sites with copies and reproductions which seemed to indicate unlicensed works. Not being a lawyer and not really being in a position to afford one I would rather steer clear of it...just in case.

So, I guess the solution, such as it is, is to do what I've done: put a link to one of the perpetrators and let them take the flak for any infringement.
