I am so excited! There are going to be some changes in teacher assignments for next year, due to some retirements, promotions, etc. at our school. And, Brady will have the same teacher next year for fourth grade as he did for this year in third! She has worked with him so much this year! She has really done a lot to understand and help him and to prevent (as much as possible) the bullying. She says that he has changed SO MUCH since the beginning of the school year, and that him having a "fit" is just unheard of now. He now only has occassional, brief stressed out periods and is able to calm himself in class. Hooray!!! I am looking forward to another year with a great teacher and all that it will do to help my son even more!

That is wonderful news! Jake's teacher ( 2nd grade ) is moving to 3 rd grade next year, and we have requested him for next year.
It is a huge relief..isn't it?

No co-incidence, I call them God-incidences. I'm so happy for your son!

I'm so happy for you because the same thing happened with our son in 3rd and 4th grades with his teacher moving with him. It was her idea because she had done her own research on how this helps AS kids deal with transitions and it has proven to be a great success for Andrew. I hope it is equally as successful for Brady!
