make ramen with rice noodle and beef flavor with some veg and it wonderful. Plus health and much better then any thing any one else put on here so far.

Yes, MSG is a veritable prescription for health.

V-dog, I think he's giving the alternative healthy recipe to ramen noodles: rice noodles and flavoring (they DO have the kind without MSG) and then add some veggies. When I was able to eat carbs, I'd do that for lunch ... adding in a ton of garlic, as well, of course.

yes meant rice base instead of wheat base noodle.

Don't know what MSG is but i know it not in it since the beef flavoring is made by me.

MSG is monosodium glutamate and is often sold under the brand name of Accent. A bit can make the flavor more intense, but it is not usually very good for aspies, and too much of it is not really any good for anyone.

I've switched over to rice noodles and macaroni, from wheat, and am much happier for having done so.
