Yes, there is a scene where Adam is on the front steps outside with his computer, and the girl says, "Ok, I'll just be lugging these enormous grocery bags up the stairs now."
Which, for most chivalrous young men, is a strong hint to show how strong and kind he is by lugging them up himself. But Adam just looks at his computer screen and says, "Uh, ok."
Damn, that is funny!
