This is a community supported board and as such there is one absolute rule that governs the use of this message board, and that is: Please use courtesy and respect in your posts. Be aware that some members have communication challenges and may not understand the possible impact of their words, or yours. Messages not related to this board may be deleted. Abusive members will be banned from the board.

Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of www.aspergerinfo.com or any entity associated with www.aspergerinfo.com. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact one of the board moderators immediately using the board’s private message feature. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

This message board is not an appropriate forum to place links to commercial products, companies, or websites. Any type of commercial promotion is prohibited. We recognize that occasionally a link is appropriate when discussing treatments or products available to help deal with Asperger’s Syndrome, however, we reserve the right to delete any message, in whole or in part, or any link that we deem inappropriate, including and or all of your signature line.

For your own security, we do not recommend that you post your home or e-mail address, phone number, or other personal information on the message board. Use the Private Messaging System on the board if you need to contact another member.

The only required personal information we collect from you is a valid email address. This email address is only used to email your login credentials. There may be an extremely rare occasion where we may use your email address to contact you regarding issues related specifically to this message board. We do not, and we will not, sell or share any personal information you provide to us, unless specifically directed to by an authorized legal request.
